Central Builders, Inc. was established by Carl D. Ehrlich to fill a void in the supermarket industry that had long been ignored by large commercial contractors in Texas. Carl saw an opportunity to provide quality work at a fair price on small projects and repairs. Our comprehensive service offerings along with our dedication to quality workmanship, clear communication, prompt service and timely billing have allowed CBI to complete $115M in grocery store projects in the last five years. These recently completed projects include more than 100 remodels and expansions for numerous grocery and retail clients in Texas and other nearby states.
